Our ballet classes follow The Royal Academy of Dancing syllabus. Ballet teaches grace and poise as well as strengthening the body. From the Baby Ballet class for children aged 3 years upwards there is a class for every aspiring prima ballerina!!
Tap dancing is a great way to learn to dance and to explore rhythm using your feet as musical instruments. From the Boogie Boppers right up to adult tap, there is a class to suit everyone of every age!
DanceFit follows the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing syllabus, with the opportunity to take exams and to be involved in shows.
Street Kidz is a fun and funky class, combining hip hop and street jazz, suitable for boys and girls aged 4years upwards to learn the latest funkiest moves to your favourite tunes!
Although boys and girls can do any class, there is also a special boy’s only class, to give boys the opportunity to be boys!
There are currently no exams in place to take in this class however; there are plenty of performance opportunities with shows.
Modern classes are more structured than the Street Kidz classes, with exercises to help stretch and strengthen the body using a variety of music from fast pop music to soft lyrical pieces. Alongside the modern classes, children can also take jazz medals, these medals allow more freedom and the opportunity to really dance!
